Bitumen Spray Sealing
Bitumen Spray Sealing is a cost effective way to eliminate dust and erosion on roads and driveways. There are may options in Bitumen Spray Seals, the most common being a 2 coat 14mm/7mm Spray Seal.
This is achieved by spraying Hot Bitumen to the base at a customised uniform rate then spreading pre-coated 14mm aggregate at another customised uniform rate. The road/driveway is then rolled and the process is then repeated with a 7mm aggregate.
The result is a cost effective road/driveway that will last and require minimal maintenance.
Bitumen rejuvenation, pothole repairs and crack sealing
Bitumen Rejuvenation is for existing Spray Seal or Asphalt roads/driveways that over time have lost the appealing look the originally had or have minor fails throughout.
This treatment will involve repairing any potholes or major cracks, then for a longer life performing a single coat seal by spraying the existing surface with hot bitumen then spreading aggregate over the hot bitumen.
Basic driveway and car park construction including supply and lay of road base
We have the capabilities to construct driveways and car parks by digging out existing soil, supply and lay road base, then sealing with a 2 coat seal.
